Students Cheer As Centre Preps Order To Defer Common Medical Test NEET

The Union govt on Friday issued an ordinance postponing the implementation of NEET – the common entrance test for medical and dental courses. It is postponed by an year so that the students have enough time to prepare. The ordinance needs to be approved by President Pranab Mukherjee to come into effect. Meanwhile , a petition has been filed against the Centre’s move in the Supreme Court.
