80% people in India prefer to buy online: Yahoo-Mindshare survey

About 80% of Indian buyers prefer online shopping to visiting physical stores to buy their favourite products. A joint study by Yahoo and Mindshare analysed the shopping behavior of Indian consumers to arrive at the findings. While 31% Shoppers chose online shopping to save time , 28% buy online due to discounts and promotions. Convience to shop anywhere, anytime attracts the remaining 21%.
