Mary Kom's Rio Olympic dreams still not over, says AIBA

It seems boxing icon MC Mary Kom's dreams of taking part in what would be her swansong Olympics in Rio are still not over despite of the five-time world champion suffering a second-round exit at the AIBA Women's World Boxing Championships today.
The 2012 London Olympics bronze medallist, competing in the flyweight category (51 kg), lost 0-2 to Germany's Azize Nimani. The seasoned Manipuri boxer needed to reach the semi-finals to secure an Olympic berth.
However, the world boxing governing body AIBA told India Today that Mary still has a possibility to qualify for the Rio Games to be held from August 5-21. (Boxer Sarita Devi fails to qualify for Rio Olympics)
