Summer is a time for vacation , trips and dehydration. Summer and the severe heatwave can have adverse effect on one’s health . Here is a list of seasonal and non-seasonal food items that will keep you hydrated: Bottle gourd, pumpkin, bitter beans, apple gourd(Tinda) and melons and citruses. These food items can be consumed cooked or raw(salad).
